I would love for you to join me in finding steadiness and ease through art and yoga. May we abide together in stillness in an easy, peaceful way.
I believe that art can be healing and therapeutic for the body, mind, and spirit. I create art so that I can have for myself- and pass on to others- joy, hope, peace, and healing. As a certified yoga instructor, I learned so much from the Yamas (the ethical and moral observances of yoga) and Niyamas (the spiritual and self-discipline observances of yoga). Yoga is about so much more than physical poses, breathwork, and meditation, and although all of those things are important to me, I find that my path actually lies in the creation of art. I hope that my art touches your heart and makes you feel love for yourself and all living things, great and small.
